Victoria Cassandra believes that we are born with all of the resources that we need in order to deal with any set of challenges that arise for us in this lifetime. the purpose of these sessions is to assist you in your process of soul embodiment by supporting you in your self-healing journey.

the aim is to pivot self-defeating thought loops over time until you begin to understand that all of what you need is already within you. in your journey through this life, you are able to gain consciousness through self-discovery. these are bespoke sessions that are formulated around your unique life journey. spiritual space holding will centre your needs & preferences in order to facilitate your growth in an encouraging, safe environment. you will be encouraged to journal alongside your sessions with Victoria Cassandra. your journal will be your private space to explore your thoughts & deepen your inner-work. this will assist you on gaining clarity on your soul understandings between sessions, allowing you to become used to identifying your needs & goals.
